Is it really free?
Yes. Everything on the Free plan stays free. Plus is optional.
Is there an app to download?
No download needed. Open Tally in your browser and add it to your home screen. See Get the app for the steps.
Do I need a card to sign up?
No. Just your name, email and a password.
What happens if I go over 50 clients?
Nothing yet. When the Plus plan launches, it will cover bigger client lists. We'll tell you before anything costs money.
Can my clients see their balance?
Yes, if you share it. Open a client and create a private link. It shows their sessions left and recent history, with no amounts and no sign-in. Turn it off anytime.
What about late cancels and no-shows?
Log them in two taps and choose whether they use a session. They show in the client’s history with a label.
Who can see my clients?
Only you. Your data is private to your account, and we never sell it. The only exception is a balance page you choose to share with a client.
Does Tally take payments?
No. It records payments you've already received. Money moves however you already get paid.
Can I leave anytime?
Yes. Download everything as a spreadsheet, or delete your account and data from Settings.
